DBE is your full service, turn-key and design-build partner of choice. From our in-house engineering staff to award-winning partnerships with outside firms, we can hit the ground running saving valuable time & money.  And because we are a self-performing contractor that also specializes in large diameter horizontal directional drilling (HDD), we can better manage the overall project schedule. 

We maintain our headquarters in Loxahatchee, FL and currently have regional offices in Port Charlotte and Jacksonville – although you’ll soon see us throughout the southeastern United States.  If you have further questions that aren’t covered on our website, please contact us.  We are glad to assist with HDD project planning & engineering or discuss contract vehicles such as construction manager at risk (CMAR) or design-build.

At DBE, we strive to partner with project owners and their design teams to ensure open communication, a safe jobsite and on-time completion of our contracts. We’ve successfully completed time-critical, award-winning projects by multiple delivery methods, including design/build.

With in-house engineering capabilities, we’re regularly called upon to perform emergency repairs to critical public infrastructure. We realize the importance of resilient water and energy systems and have committed ourselves to this sub-segment of public service.
